What an hour can be
“Not sure which style is right for you? Choose from a range of practices, each thoughtfully tailored to support your unique needs and goals.” In Lucy’s own words:
“offers a strong, structured sequence to build stamina, flexibility, and focus, perfect for those who thrive on challenge and discipline.”
“is a creative, breath-led practice that brings energy and fluidity, ideal if you enjoy variety and movement.”
“For deep rest and stillness, Yoga Nidra guides you into a meditative state of conscious relaxation.”
“targets the deeper connective tissues through long-held, passive poses are great for releasing tension and cultivating patience.”
“And if you’re seeking mental clarity, emotional balance, or spiritual growth, guided meditation can help you quiet the mind and reconnect within.”
“is a dynamic, resistance-based practice designed to strengthen, stabilise, and support the body through precise, low-impact movements.” Reformer sessions can also be held in your home or a studio.
“Whether you need to move, rest, or reset, your private sessions will be completely customised to honour where you are and where you want to go.”
Why one to one
“With one-on-one attention, you’ll progress faster, move safer, and experience a deeper level of transformation than in a group class.”

Contact
“Email for more information and to arrange a chat about your requirements.” Lucy publishes no phone number, so this address is how every private session begins.
This is a one-page prototype by Fully Booked, built in an afternoon from what is publicly on lucykingyoga.co.uk — Lucy’s own words, prices, class times and photographs. It is a taste of a direction, not the final thing; the real build would be considerably more detailed. It will be deleted on request.
Plus her own photography throughout, every service in full, live booking on her own diary, SEO and analytics, the complete price list and working contact forms.
